Last night I fixed some absolutely FINE burgers! It was a recipe from the magazine EVERYDAY WITH RACHAEL RAY called Salsa Verde Burgers. These turkey burgers with their southwestern flair were not only delicious, but heart healthy as well since I used ground turkey breast for my patties.

BTW, one of my 2nd daughter's best friends was over for supper and she admits that she does NOT like green food... and this recipe calls for , green salsa, avocado, and cilantro...but she found that despite the color, this "green" burger was quite the thing. :D
