One of the ways I am being blessed tremendously these days is watching how God is working in the lives of my children. Nothing blesses me more than to see them lay down their desires and plans as they seek to serve God with their whole lives.
Whether it is holding an affection-starved little one in Swaziland or befriending hurting peers here in America, God is showing them that the rewards of serving and obeying Him far surpass anything they could come up with on their own. I'm glad they aren't taking as long to learn this as it took me.
