WHAT'S SO GOOD ABOUT GOOD FRIDAY?
Good Friday is the day we set aside to remember that Jesus died on the cross to take away our sins. This was God's ultimate act of love for us.
And that's what's so good about about this Friday.
"God loved the people of this world so much that he gave his only Son, so that everyone who has faith in him will have eternal life and never really die." John 3:16 CEV
“By this we know love, that he laid down his life for us, and we ought to lay down our lives for the brothers.” 1 John 3:16 ESV
