Yesterday I posted about the ready-made cookie dough that I had bought for Valentine's Day to satisfy my kids' sweet tooth and enjoyment of baking while at the same time, not making it too work intensive on this non-baking mama.
Today, we didn't slave over cookies, had a lot of fun, made some great pictures, and came out with some good cookies....at least, I HOPE they are good. We've not eaten them yet as they are supposed to be for the homeschool group Valentine's Day party. But, as it is now snowing ---yes, SNOWING in the DEEP SOUTH --- we might not be having the party tomorrow, in which case, the family will be devouring two big piles of yummy, easy-peasy, stress-free cookies!
