About Me
- Elysa
- My husband and I are living out the adventure of raising 7 kids on a small hobby farm. He's an engineer specializing in dam safety. I'm a former missionary to Swaziland, Africa and an alum of The W. I lead our local homeschool group and am a frequent African storyteller for local groups. We try to love God and those around us through all we do. I returned to S'land for a short-term ministry outreach to HIV/AIDS orphans and widows in January 2008 and took our 2 oldest daughters with me. We look forward to seeing what God has planned for us in the future. The trip was not an isolated incident, but the start of something bigger.
