I CAN AT LEAST READ ABOUT IT
If I can't be in Africa right now, I can at least read about it. Here are a few of my favorite books that either are about Africa or at least has parts set in or related to that continent.

Do you have any to add to the list? Please leave a comment if you do. I'm always looking for good African books.
have you read "left to tell: discovering god amidst the rwandan holocaust" by immaculee ilibagiza (with steve erwin)? pretty gut wrenching, but amazing.
ReplyDeleteI have checked it out from the library but didn't get to read it before it was due back. Thanks for the reminder that I need to get it again.
ReplyDeleteOut of Africa by Isak Dineson is great. There's a movie based on it, too, which I think won some awards starring Robert Redford.
